James E. I. Samuel, Sr.

He is the Senior Pastor of Warriors of Holiness In Power Ministries Full Gospel Church (W.H.I.P. Ministries) located in Pittsburgh, PA. He is also the Founder and Director of “Men of Integrity”, men’s ministry which is a ministry with a vision to bring men into fellowship with each other, and also mentor, educate, train, and support them in the things of God, and also to prepare them with life skills for the world and the marketplace. Pastor James preaches the uncompromising Word of God under the anointing of the Holy Ghost which brings change in the lives of others. He serves God’s people with the heart and anointing of a true Sheppard; in that he has a great compassion for those in the sheepfold under his watch. 

Pastor James received discipleship training from Freedom Christian Assembly International Faith Ministries in Cleveland Ohio, under the leadership of Apostle Richard Bunkley Jr. He also received biblical studies at the Marilyn Davis International School of Ministry in White Oak, PA.; and he currently continues his theological studies at Greater Works School of Ministry in Monroeville, PA. 

Apostle Denise Samuel

She is the Founder, Pastor, and the Set Apostle at Warriors of Holiness In Power (W.H.I.P. Ministries), located in Pittsburgh, Pa. She brings with her over 30 years of anointed preaching, teaching, and deliverance ministry. She has a love for kingdom ministry, which has been expressed with her assisting within the establishment and foundational work of other local churches where she structured and organized evangelism teams, new convert, youth and women’s ministries. Her ministry also includes equipping, teaching and mentoring others for spiritual warfare and kingdom ministry. Apostle Denise moves in a powerful anointing with the laying on of hands where deliverance and emotional healing takes place.

She received a (BS), Bachelor of Science degree in Communications and Business with a minor in Psychology from Carlow University, Pittsburgh, PA. She also received theological studies from Greater Works Outreach School of Ministry, certification as a facilitator and counselor from God Heals Ministries and certification from the Effective Soul Winning Ministry in Pittsburgh
