W.H.I.P. Ministries History: 

In July 2007 "Healing Hearts Ministries" was formed as a intercessory prayer ministry and the original purpose of this ministry was to pray for and minister healing, deliverance, and restoration to women only; but under God's direction, our home was opened for intercessory prayer and we gathered under the name: "Warriors of Holiness In Prayer".

As people began to gather for prayer every Friday evening, God began to move mightly and people were receiving salvation, deliverance, healing, and restoration. Soon the prayer group began to increase in number and people were in need of a Sheppard to teach, instruct, and disciple them in the ways of the Lord.

The Lord spoke that He was birthing a church out of the prayer group and the vision was given out of the scripture in (Isaiah 61:1) “The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me; because the Lord hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound”.

Therefore, in March of 2008, the name was changed to "Warriors of Holiness In Power (W.H.I.P Ministries)” and incorporated as a non-profit church in the state of Pennsylvania through the Leadership of Pastor James E. Samuel Sr., and Apostle Denise A. Samuel. They are committed to fulfilling God’s work by ministering, salvation, healing, and deliverance through the preaching and teaching of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and fulfilling the work of the ministry according to (Isaiah 61:1).
